Refund policy

Dadivas Arts & Merch only accepts returns if an item does not match the description in the listing. We pride ourselves in describing our products honestly and accurately. If we make a mistake in the description, we will gladly consider a return for a refund.

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a transaction, please message us before leaving negative feedback. We are happy to work with you to resolve any concerns.
